Diese Website ist eine statische Informationsseite. Sie selbst setzt keine Cookies, nutzt keine Analyse- oder Tracking-Werkzeuge und bindet keine Inhalte Dritter ein. Schriften, Skripte und Grafiken werden zusammen mit der Website ausgeliefert, nicht von fremden Servern.

3. Hosting und Server-Logfiles

Die Website wird über Cloudflare Pages ausgeliefert. Anbieter ist die Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Beim Aufruf verarbeitet Cloudflare technisch notwendige Daten:

  • IP-Adresse
  • Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs
  • aufgerufene Seite und übertragene Datenmenge
  • Referrer-URL
  • Browser und Betriebssystem

Zweck ist die Auslieferung der Website und die Abwehr von Angriffen. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO; das berechtigte Interesse liegt im sicheren und stabilen Betrieb. Cloudflare speichert diese Daten nur so lange, wie es für diesen Zweck erforderlich ist, und löscht sie danach. Mit Cloudflare besteht ein Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung nach Art. 28 DSGVO.

Cloudflare verarbeitet Daten auch in den USA. Cloudflare ist unter dem EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert; die Übermittlung stützt sich auf den Angemessenheitsbeschluss der EU-Kommission nach Art. 45 DSGVO.

4. Kontakt per E-Mail

Bei einer Anfrage per E-Mail werden die übermittelten Daten zur Bearbeitung der Anfrage verarbeitet. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, sofern die Anfrage auf einen Vertrag zielt, sonst Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Die Daten werden gelöscht, sobald die Anfrage erledigt ist und keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen.

5. Speicherung im Endgerät

Die Website selbst speichert keine Informationen im Endgerät und liest keine aus. Die gewählte Sprache wird ausschließlich als Parameter in der Adresse übertragen.

Erkennt Cloudflare einen möglichen Angriff, kann vor dem Aufruf eine Sicherheitsprüfung erscheinen. Sie setzt ein technisch notwendiges Cookie (etwa „cf_clearance“), das bestätigt, dass die Prüfung bestanden ist. Rechtsgrundlage ist § 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG sowie Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

6. Rechte der betroffenen Personen

Betroffene Personen haben das Recht auf:

  • Auskunft (Art. 15 DSGVO)
  • Berichtigung (Art. 16 DSGVO)
  • Löschung (Art. 17 DSGVO)
  • Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18 DSGVO)
  • Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20 DSGVO)
  • Widerspruch gegen Verarbeitungen auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (Art. 21 DSGVO)

Anfragen gehen an die oben genannte E-Mail-Adresse. Zudem besteht ein Beschwerderecht bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde (Art. 77 DSGVO), etwa der Behörde des Bundeslands am Sitz des Verantwortlichen.

2. Overview

This website is a static information page. It sets no cookies of its own, uses no analytics or tracking tools and embeds no third-party content. Fonts, scripts and graphics are delivered together with the website, not from third-party servers.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When the site is accessed, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data:

  • IP address
  • date and time of access
  • requested page and amount of data transferred
  • referrer URL
  • browser and operating system

The purpose is to deliver the website and to defend against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is secure and stable operation. Cloudflare stores this data only as long as necessary for this purpose and deletes it afterwards. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare.

Cloudflare also processes data in the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; the transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR.

4. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, the data you send is processed to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once the request is resolved, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Storage on your device

The website itself neither stores nor reads any information on your device. The selected language is passed only as a parameter in the address.

If Cloudflare detects a possible attack, a security check may appear before the page loads. It sets a technically necessary cookie (such as “cf_clearance”) confirming that the check was passed. The legal basis is § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

6. Your rights

Data subjects have the right to:

  • rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
